Life Gets Better Version 0.2 is here!

General changes: 

- small UI changes

- Partial manual improvements to the translation across all versions

- Better quality renders and animations of the new content

Content extensions: 

- Unlocking the Gentleman Route (story continues)

- Trevor Miller Route is not implemented yet
